Numbers Suck

I’m going to stay up all night tonight… because I really don’t feel like taking 4 advil pms again. I slept a LOT today. I’ll just clean and make a video tonight… go to sleep at like 8pmish tomorrow. Sounds like a plan. Yep.

During one of my many naps today I had a nice dream. I dreamt that I lived in a huge, beautiful house. It had ambient lighting and a modern but still comfortable design. It was the home of my dreams.

Not only that… but my home was also SUPER organized. Even the fridge was incredibly organized. Food and condiments were perfectly lined up in all sorts of organizational fashions. It was good. Very satisfying.

I feel like I’ll never have that. Maybe the organized portion of the dream… but not the house.

I wish we didn’t need money.

That was an intelligent statement.

I wish money didn’t exist. I wish the idea of what money stands for didn’t exist.

In fact… I wish NUMBERS didn’t exist. Without numbers we wouldn’t know who has more or less of anything.

No one would feel “better than” as a result of what numbers are telling them.

And no one would have a reason to feel smaller.

Well, unless their penis was small. But hey… at least without numbers there wouldn’t be inches to measure the size. Hooray!

Amen. Sadly, money makes the world go ’round, and I don’t see that changing any time soon. Depressing, yet true.

sadly getting rid of numbers or money would never get rid of all the problems in the world. Money is valuable because it is something that has no value it’s self but was given value so that the people that don’t have anything (ie goods and services) to contribute to society to obtain goods and services. Other people like farmers, electricians, doctors etc etc, have something that they could barter to get other such things. And numbers never did anything wrong, loll, just because you get rid of numbers doesn’t mean you fix perception, we’re a visual species and twenty pancakes looks like a lot less than 1000 pancakes with or without numbers existing.

People wanting more than they need is the only problem we have, and unfortunately that is not something that we can fix.

But i liked the randomness of you blog =)

I wish there were no such thing as numbers. Everything in this world would all be much simpler. Many things might not exist but I’m sure there would be a way for us to live our lives.
